There are different ways Lenders arrive at repayment figures for mortgages. This calculator should only be used as a guide to repayment figures. An actual APR figure is the most effective way of comparing costs.

COST OF ADVICE
You can choose how we are paid.
We usually charge a fee £250 for loans up to £500,000 and for loans above £500,000 our fee is £500. This is payable on full application and only if the mortgage has been approved in principle. For adverse credit mortgages, we usually charge a fee of £999. We ma also receive commission from the lender on completion.
Alternatively you can pay us a fee of usually 1% of the loan amount and we will rebate any commision back to you.
We adhere to the principles of treating cutomers fairly and will put in writing to you details of any fees we charge before commencing any work.
