COST OF ADVICE 

   As independent advisers, you can choose how we are paid.  We usually charge an administration fee of £250 when a full mortgage application is submitted to the lender for loans below £1m.  For loans above £1m, the administration fee is £500. We may on completion receive a commission from the lender.  Alternatively, you can pay us a fee of 0.5% of the loan and we will refund any commission back to you that we receive.
